Standard governance vocabulary collapses distinctions that matter operationally. Corruption, capture, incompetence, dysfunction — four words doing the work of dozens of distinct operational modes. The framework's analytical predicates are neologisms — each names a distinction the standard vocabulary loses.

Coined through linguistic-autopsy procedure: stripping phonemic material from base words to expose latent semantic content, then recombining with classical morphological suffixes to produce previously-unnamed analytical predicates.

Rule by sabotage. The regime form, named with the -archy suffix to sit in the family of structural regime types rather than governance mechanisms.

The operational signature — a modifier, not a regime type. Names regimes operating through deliberate production of confusion and incoherent public information environments.
