register v1.14 — a sentence that was doing two jobs

- Corrected. The v1.13 note said the removal "cannot be scored as a reaction." Against the networks' withdrawal that is chronology, not a finding — the credentials were pulled on 18–19 September and the withdrawal came on the 21st. The claim the sequence actually supports is narrower and is now what both the annex and this log say: the order rules out one causal direction and does not establish the other. The superseded wording is recorded in the annex rather than deleted. AX-026.
register v1.13 — the substitute was built first

- Dated. White House Wire, May 2025. The White House app, March 2026 — placed on every federal iPhone and iPad by mandate in May. A second, White-House-selected TV slot in every daily pool through the baseline fortnight. Trump TV, seven hours after the networks walked out. Build, distribute, seat, then remove. The order rules out one direction — the channels were not built to fill a gap that did not yet exist — and does not establish the other. What it removes is the reading of the vacancy as an unplanned loss.
- The rule fixed before the count. A substitution channel is one that originates or carries the footage a pool camera would have produced. Three count; two adjacent structures are excluded and recorded. A proposal to choose inclusion by whether the total approached the number vacated was declined as selection on the outcome — the register refuses to fit a count to a target. register v1.12 — the first three days, on the record

- Four annex items, one locus. The Department of War endorsed the ban the day it was announced, citing its own credential pledge — which is the corroboration the one-locus reading rested on, so the count does not rise. The suit was assigned to Judge Kelly, who restored Acosta's pass in 2018; the President vowed an appeal at 3:39 p.m., two days before the first hearing. Intent was restated in writing: "not an assault on the Free Press … an assault on the FAKE NEWS."
- Day one without the pool. A helipad event with no usable audio, then a round-the-clock White House livestream launched at 7 p.m. The vacuum and the substitute on one calendar day — recorded as the mechanism P3 names, not as P3's result. The forecast, with what has been observed since the lock.
- The counter-argument entered, not dismissed. Defenders compare the ban to the 2023 hard-pass reapplication (1,417 → 975). It sits on the ban item as a contestation, argued on mechanism: published criteria applied to every holder, against three outlets named by their coverage.
- Checkpoint: the TRO hearing, Wednesday 23 September, 3:30 p.m. Nothing in it moves a trigger; P1 is checked on 21 December.
register v1.11 — the first forecast baseline

- Counted, not assumed. Sixty-three scheduled presidential items in the fortnight before the ban, from the public pool-report archive against the White House's own daily guidance, each coded on what the record shows. Thirty-four had any press footage; twenty-four of those were pool-only; a five-network camera was present at all thirty-four. Twenty-nine items produced no footage at all before anyone was banned.
- The substitute was already seated. Every daily pool carried a second, White-House-selected TV outlet beside the network on duty — RAV, RSBN, OAN, Lindell TV, Newsmax, CBN, GB News among them. When the networks withdrew, that slot became the only TV in the pool. The baseline.
- Unratified, and one baseline still owed: the CNN/CBS editorial-board charters at merger close, by 30 September.
register v1.10 — a forecast locked with dates on it

- Locked forecast. On the White House ban of CNN, MS NOW and Politico and the five-network pool suspension, the analyst locked three predictions with the event that falsifies each and the date it is checked: not fixed cheaply (checked 21 Dec 2026), not fixed in fact (22 Sept 2027), substitution rather than vacuum (22 Sept 2027). The analyst's own words are in the slate verbatim; the operative form was drafted with Claude and locked by him. The record.
- Base rate stated at its size. n=2: the Pentagon walkout, unchanged at eleven months, and AP v. Budowich, ordered, disobeyed, narrowed to the East Room, undecided at nineteen months.
- Five annex items, two loci. The press-access chain collapsed to one locus per the coarser-is-conservative rule; media consolidation its own. Twenty items, twelve loci.
- Two baselines owed now. The pool's pre-18-Sept footage share and the CNN/CBS editorial-board charters at merger close. Without them the forecast cannot lose, which the register refuses.
sabbot v0.9.1 — adversarial test T2 run

- T2, the acquittal test, scored. Tariff regime, 2025-Q1 to present. Prediction locked before scoring: Mixed or lower. Returned 48, Mixed — S1 45 · S2 58 · S3 72 · S4 20 · S5 40. First live-domain architecture the instrument declined to convict; it now sits in the comparison table beside the seven seeds and the controls.
- Provenance stated plainly. Scores proposed and reviewed by Claude; ratification delegated by the analyst rather than performed by him. The worksheet carries every anchor tagged, every rejected reasoning, and the double-standard audit against the seed worksheets.
- Still open. T1, the convict-a-friend test; cross-analyst replication, which this delegation makes more urgent.
sabbot v0.9 — the instance register
September 2026
- New layer. Obfuscratic Instance Register — an event layer beneath the architecture scores. Instances are drawn from content-blind, enumerable frames and carry a direction sign, never a composite. The unit of statistical independence is the decision locus; a register of 3,000 items spanning 40 loci has the power of 40.
- Frames enumerated. Federal Register final rules returned 1,272 for 2025 H2 (2,441 for the year). oversight.gov is reachable at 35,963 reports; GAO and USAspending each need one mechanical step, recorded in the frame files. A fifth frame — Supreme Court emergency applications by the federal government — drafted because it demonstrably contains a counter-directional item.
- Evidence annex. Fifteen items verified against cited sources, ten independent loci, one running counter. Anchor-only; nothing in it enters a statistic.
- Anchor corrections. The $1.776B fund: rescinded in writing 2026-08-03, no money ever transferred, audit bar narrowed to pre-settlement matters. Maritime strikes: 68 strikes, 227 killed as of 2026-08-26.
- Refusals are output. Synchrony reports nothing below six matched administration-onset baselines, because a rank-based p cannot fall under 1/(B+1). Breadth refuses to compute over a grown denominator. Against the fixed sixteen-member slate, breadth-velocity is +3.0/quarter into 2025-Q3, then 0.
- Two adversarial packets (tariff regime; pandemic-era public-health information apparatus) drafted with predictions unlocked. Nothing in the register is locked yet.
v0.2.0 — Strata-Dom-3D is now Sches

- Renamed. The ludic substrate ships under its own name: Sches. Surface ring, breadcrumbs, mechanics and reference pages all read Sches; the archived early-design page keeps the original name as a dated record.
- Subtitle — playable commitment substrate. Plot in secret; reveal at once.
