Where R-cells document coordination and B-cells document benefit-inferred backchannels, P-cells document POLARITY OPPOSITION: actors operating within the same broader operating coalition whose theoretical and aesthetic priors are oppositional, even where their operational effects converge. The two poles produce tension dynamics that the schema can document analytically.

This is methodologically significant: the operating coalition is not internally uniform. The Reactionary pole (traditionalist, restorationist, hierarchical, religious-nationalist) and the Accelerationist pole (futurist, transcendentalist, post-traditional, post-religious) operate in convergent operational space but with opposite theoretical priors. Particles that have reached the center have been consolidated; new ones continually enter the spiral from outside.

The vortex layer makes the consolidation dynamic visible across the schema's architecture in a way that static cells and R-cells cannot. **Phi-spread within cluster**: each actor now occupies a unique phi position within its cluster's range. `phi = phiStart + phiSpan * 0.1 + (phiSpan * 0.8) * (i + 0.5) / n`. The 10%/80% padding keeps actors away from cluster boundaries to prevent visual collisions between adjacent clusters. Each cluster now spans an actual arc along the major axis.

**Spiral theta offset**: each cluster gets a smooth theta offset `spiralOffset = Math.sin(clusterIdx * 0.95) * 0.18` — clusters shift up/down within their hemisphere band by ±0.18 radians, varying smoothly across cluster indices. The pattern produces a helical wrap around the torus tube. Clamped within hemisphere bounds to preserve the equatorial flow encoding.

The previous tour described the model in text panels; v0.32 demonstrates the model layer-by-layer within the geometry itself. Each tip controls scene state directly via an `apply()` function:

- **Tip 1 (Welcome)**: only outer wireframe + catalyst visible. Everything else hidden.
- **Tip 2 (Inner surface emerges)**: inner wireframe + solid backing appear.
- **Tip 3 (Equatorial boundary)**: silver equator rings appear. Discussion of upper/lower hemisphere encoding.
- **Tip 4 (Actors populate outer torus)**: actor spheres appear with cluster rings.
- **Tip 5 (Targets populate inner torus)**: target octahedra appear with group rings. Full schema geometrically populated.
- **Tip 6 (Click demonstration)**: `us_exec` auto-selected, STRUCT channel auto-activated, degree 1. First moment of edge rendering.
- **Tip 7 (Degree expansion)**: same selection at degree 3. Network growth visible.
- **Tip 8 (INACT — Sabbotarchy fingerprint)**: STRUCT + INACT channels active. Methodologically critical step. Framing: "The absence of action IS the action."
- **Tip 9 (Other intent channels)**: all six channels active (CONV, COORD, OPP, UNK added).
- **Tip 10 (Relationships)**: LINKS + WORM + POLE simultaneously active.
- **Tip 11 (Vortices)**: VORTEX active. Six consolidation attractors visible.
- **Tip 12 (Done — handover)**: full instrument shown as preview; clicking Done triggers `setOperationalDefault()` for clean explorable state.

**`setOperationalDefault()`**: called on tour completion or dismissal at any tip. Sets geometry visible (all wireframes, equator, rings, nodes, catalyst), clears all channels, deactivates all relations/vortex, no selection. The clean explorable state.

**Scene-group refactor**: equator rings grouped into `equatorGroup`; cluster rings into `clusterRingsGroup`; target group rings into `groupRingsGroup`. Combined with pre-existing `outerWire`, `innerWire`, `innerSolid`, `centerMesh` and `actorMeshes`/`targetMeshes` collections, `setLayerVis()` helper provides atomic visibility control across all scene layers.

**Tour navigation deterministic**: Each tip's `apply()` explicitly sets the visibility of every layer + channel/relation/selection/degree state. Going back to tip 1 strips scene to skeleton; going forward rebuilds. State transitions are predictable.

**`?` re-open button**: appears bottom-right after dismissal. Restarts tour from tip 1 (always — no partial-resume, because the build-up sequence is the pedagogy). Returns user to minimum state for re-walkthrough.

### v0.33 — Framework concept formally renamed to Obfuscratic Sabbotarchy

The framework concept has been formally renamed from the original *Sabbotarcracy* coinage to the bipartite *Obfuscratic Sabbotarchy*. The rename exposes the bipartite analytical structure that the single-word neologism collapsed:

- **Sabbotarchy** (from *sabotage* + *-archy*, the classical Greek root meaning *rule*) names the **regime form** — rule by sabotage. The *-archy* suffix places the term in the etymological family of regime structural categories alongside monarchy, oligarchy, hierarchy, anarchy. In the Multimalocracy 42-mode taxonomy, *Sabbotarchy* now occupies the taxonomy slot (mode 39) replacing *Sabbotarcracy*.
- **Obfuscratic** (from *obfuscation* + *-cratic*) names the **operational signature** — describing regimes operating through the deliberate production of confusion and manufactured external incoherence. As an adjective, it describes how a regime operates rather than what type it is.

Both terms were coined by B. Greenway through linguistic-autopsy procedure. The originating-insight provenance is preserved: B. Greenway originated both the original *Sabbotarcracy* (2025) and the formal rename to *Obfuscratic Sabbotarchy* (2026). The rename is documented in the canonical taxonomy document (`multimalocracy_revision_proposal.md`) and in the companion **Obfuscratic Sabbotarchy — Deception Arcane** signature instrument (`obfuscratic_sabbotarchy_final.zip`).

**Toroid changes in v0.33**:

- Mode-tag in all 170+ cell operational-mode arrays: `'Sabbotarcracy'` → `'Sabbotarchy'` across 7.x cells, R-cells, B-cells, and P-cells
- Multimalocracy filter UI: mode label `Sabbotarcracy` renders as `Sabbotarchy ★` (the ★ marks matrix-derived modes; Sabbotarchy retains the special-position marker as the framework's originating mode)
- Intent-Action Catalyst descriptor: `Imperocracy + Sabbotarcracy + Documentocracy operating configuration` updated to use renamed term
- Tip 8 (INACT — Sabbotarchy fingerprint): tour text rewritten to reference the bipartite framework name
- Tip 12 (mode-filter example): updated to use Sabbotarchy
- All in-code documentation comments referring to the framework updated to the bipartite name
- Footer caption: framework concept attribution line added

No cells were added, removed, or relocated. All structural relationships preserved. The rename is conceptual, not structural — the same regime category is now named more precisely.

The Polymorphic Catalysis Toroid v0.33 has matured (v0.33) as a multi-scale analytical instrument: relational architecture (toroid) + measurement methodology (the Obfuscratic Sabbotarchy — Deception Arcane (companion bundle obfuscratic_sabbotarchy_final.zip)) + documentation reference (this document) + structural narrative (companion methodology papers). The instrument documents an operating coalition's architecture across operational convergence, structural coordination, benefit-inferred backchannel, polarity tension, consolidation dynamics, and degree-of-separation network topology — all routing through the Intent-Action Catalyst as central structural attractor.
